What Planner 5D is

Planner 5D creates 2D floor plans and 3D home visualisations in the browser and on Android, iPhone and iPad. You draw walls, place furniture from a library and make renders. There is a limited free version; the full furniture library is paid.

How Redomium differs

  • You start from a photo of your room, not an empty plan — you see your own walls, windows and light.
  • Change one element (sofa, wall, tiles) or the whole room’s style with a prompt; the rest of the photo stays as it was.
  • Products from real shops, with price and link, go to the shopping list and estimate.
  • There is a floor planner too: walls traced from a plan image (AI), furniture in real sizes, scaled PDF and DXF export.

When Planner 5D is better

When you design a house from scratch, have no rooms to photograph yet, and want to model everything in 3D from a big object library.

When Redomium is better

When you already have the home (or listing photos) and want to see how it will look after changes — realistically, on a real photo, with a shopping list.

How to do it on your own photo

  1. Add a photo

Take one with your phone or pick a sample room.

  2. Describe the changes

Select the cabinets, a wall or the floor and type what should change.

  3. See the result

Compare variants, download 4K images and a shopping list.

FAQ

Is Redomium free?

You can start free, with no account or card. RAL colours, before-and-after films, PDF and Excel use no credits.

Can I draw a floor plan like in Planner 5D?

Yes, in Plan mode: walls, doors, windows, rooms with areas, furniture and a 3D preview. Redomium does not have as large a 3D model library as modelling tools.

Does Redomium work on a phone?

Yes, in the browser. Move phone photos into a project on your computer with a QR code.
