Terms of service

1. Service provider

The service is provided by Sparrowlabs sp. z o.o., ul. Tadeusza Korzona 115/15, 03-571 Warszawa, NIP 5243079518, KRS 0001258379, REGON 545417991, contact: kontakt@redomium.com.

2. What the service is

Redomium lets you edit interior photos with written instructions, change the style of rooms, and create 3D models, videos, shopping lists and cost estimates. The service runs in the browser. To use it, you need an up-to-date browser and an internet connection.

3. Beta version

The service is in beta. While the beta lasts, paid AI features use no credits, and you can already buy credits. We will announce the end of the beta on the website in advance; credits you have bought stay valid. Features may change and availability may be temporarily limited.

4. Account

An account is optional and free. Give a real email address and do not share your password with anyone. We may limit access to costly features (for example with daily limits) or block an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time on the Account page.

5. Payments and credits

• Paid AI features are paid for with credits. How many credits each feature costs is shown on the pricing page and in the studio before you use it. If an AI feature fails, the credits are returned automatically.
• You can buy credits once (the “Room” and “Top-up” packages) or with a monthly plan (“Home”, “Studio Solo”, “Studio Team”). Current prices are shown on the pricing page and before payment. Prices for consumers include VAT; VAT is added to prices marked as excluding VAT.
• Credits from packages are valid for 12 months from purchase, and credits from a plan until the end of the paid month plus 3 days. Credits that expire first are used first. Credits cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.
• A new account gets 5 credits to start with, valid for 12 months. Without an account you can use 5 free credits within 30 days.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. A plan renews automatically every month until you cancel it in the payment settings (Account page); after cancelling, it runs until the end of the paid period. You can download invoices in the payment settings.
• Credits are digital content made available immediately after payment. Before paying, you ask for the credits to be made available at once and confirm that you know you will lose the right to withdraw from the contract (Art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). This does not limit your rights if the service does not work properly — report it as a complaint.

6. Your photos and rights

• Upload only photos you have the rights to, and do not infringe other people’s privacy.
• You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process uploaded photos solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use them to train models.
• You may use the results of edits, including commercially, subject to the rights of third parties in the objects and trademarks shown.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the service to create content that is unlawful, misleading (for example, presenting a visualisation as the actual condition of a property without labelling it), or that infringes the rights of others, nor to overload the service or circumvent its security measures.

8. Limitations of results

The results are AI visualisations. Dimensions from 3D models created from photos and videos are approximate. Visualisations do not replace construction drawings, measurements or professional advice. Product links lead to external shops; the shops are responsible for the products, prices and availability. Some links may contain affiliate parameters through which we may receive a commission — the price for you does not change.

9. Liability

We make every effort to ensure that the service works properly, but we are not liable for the consequences of decisions made solely on the basis of visualisations. We do not exclude or limit liability where the law prohibits it, in particular towards consumers.

10. Complaints

Send complaints about the service to kontakt@redomium.com. We will reply within 14 days.

11. Widget for shops

A shop that embeds the “See it in your room” widget is responsible for the product data it passes to the widget and for informing its customers about the use of the widget in its privacy policy. Widget plans are for businesses, renew every month and include a set number of successful try-ons. On the Start plan, try-ons are paused until the next period once the limit is used up; on the Business plan, try-ons above the limit are billed at the end of the period according to the price list. After the beta, the widget works only in shops with an active plan.

12. Final provisions

These terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers enjoy the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence. The Polish version of these terms is binding; other language versions are for information only.
